Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rethoric website (www.rethoric.com) and our LinkedIn content creation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services

Rethoric provides LinkedIn content strategy, ghostwriting, and engagement services for founders and executives. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website and supplement any separate client agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Rethoric for clients becomes the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Content published on the Rethoric website, including blog posts, tools, and marketing materials, remains the property of Rethoric and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding and interview calls, reviewing and approving content before publication, maintaining access to their LinkedIn accounts as needed for content publishing, and providing timely feedback on content batches.

Limitation of Liability

Rethoric provides content creation services on a best-effort basis. While we aim to help clients grow their LinkedIn presence, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, impression numbers, or lead generation outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

Website Use

You may use our website and free tools for their intended purposes. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape content from our website. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
